Responsible Gaming at 09bbd —
Enjoy Safely
Keep entertainment from becoming a burden — stay in control at all times with deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out tools at 09bbd.
Responsible gaming is not just about following rules — it is a conscious step toward keeping yourself healthy and happy. At 09bbd, we are always ready to help you build that awareness. By following our responsible gaming guidelines, you can keep gaming an enjoyable experience.
6 Important Tools for Responsible Gaming
We provide the following tools to keep your gaming experience at 09bbd safe and in control.
Set Deposit Limits
Decide in advance how much you will deposit each day, week, or month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a 24-hour cooling-off period applies to any increase. This way your budget always stays in your own hands.
Time-Out (Break)
If you feel you need a break, take a time-out from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period your account will be completely inactive. You can return normally once the break is over. A short break helps restore mental freshness.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is going out of control, use the self-exclusion option. You can close your account from 6 months up to permanently. Once active, no marketing communications are sent to you either. Making that decision is what responsible gaming looks like.
Set Bet Limits
Set your own upper limit on how much you will wager within a given period. Setting a daily or weekly bet limit reduces the risk of placing larger bets driven by emotion. Play in line with your own financial plan.
Transaction History
View a full history of all your deposits, withdrawals, and bets at any time. Keeping things transparent helps you understand your own spending patterns. Reviewing your transactions regularly is an important part of responsible gaming.
24/7 Support
If you have any concerns about gaming, our Bengali-speaking support team is always here for you. Chat with us directly via live chat or send us an email. Asking for help is not a weakness — it shows responsibility.
Why the 21+ Age Limit Matters
09bbd is an entertainment platform for those aged 21 and above only. The reason for this age limit is to protect minors and ensure mental maturity. We verify age at registration and may request identity documents when needed.
If you suspect anyone underage is using an account, notify our support team immediately. Keeping minors away from gaming is not only our responsibility — it is the responsibility of everyone in the family.
Advice for Parents
Make sure your child or any family member cannot access your account. Keep your password private and lock your devices. Use parental control software.
Mindful Registration
Provide your correct age and information at the time of registration. Registering with false information may result in your account being permanently closed and any deposited funds being forfeited.
Verification Process
We may request identity documents or proof of age at any time. This is a security measure — not discrimination. Completing verification quickly keeps your account fully active.

Golden Rules for Staying Safe
The foundation of responsible gaming is self-awareness. Follow these simple rules.
- Set a budget first: Decide how much you will spend in each session before you start, and do not go beyond it.
- Set a time limit: Decide how long you will play each day and take a break once that time is up.
- Treat it as entertainment: Gaming is not a source of income — it is a form of entertainment. Treat any money lost as the cost of that entertainment.
- Do not play on emotion: Stay away from gaming when you are upset, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol.
- Take breaks: Step away for a few minutes every hour. Walk around, drink some water, and shift your attention to something else.
- Tell someone you trust: Let a family member know about your gaming habits so they can support you if needed.
- Stop when you hit your loss limit: Once you have lost a set amount, stop for the day. Start fresh the next day.
